It’s the first day of my 3 day juice detox and after carefully reading all the instructions (Before, During and After) from Be-Juiced, I decided to get up at 8am to drink my first bottle of juice.
It’s important to drink the juices in their numerical order, and each juice needs to be consumed at least 2 hours apart from each other; so I planned to do it this way:

今天是我3日排毒計劃的開始第一天,所以在我認真讀了Be-Juiced關於果汁排毒的幫助教程(如何開始,排毒中,排毒完成後)後,決定從早上8點開始喝第一隻排毒果汁。
每隻果汁蓋上都表明了數字,按照數字排序喝非常重要。而且喝每隻果汁中間的間隔時間必須至少有2小時,所以我按照下面的時間表進行了第一天的果汁排毒計劃。
1. Morning Squeeze – 8am
Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper
Taste: Spicy but awakening!
1. 早上8點-Morning Squeeze
西柚、橙、柠檬、姜、番椒
口味:辣辣的,不過很醒神!
2. Veggie Bomb – 11am
Apple, Kale, Romaine Lettuce, Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Parsley, Lemon, Ginger, Spirulina
Taste: Sour and veggie.
2. 早上11點-Veggie Bomb
苹果,羽衣甘蓝,罗曼莴苣,菠菜,黄瓜,芹菜,香芹,柠檬,姜,螺旋藻。
口味:帶酸味的綠色蔬菜。
3. Beet It – 1:30pm
Beet, Carrot, Watermelon, Ginger, Flaxseed oil
Taste: Watermelon juice with a little ginger spice.
3. 下午1點半-Beet It
甜菜根,西瓜,姜,亚麻仁油
口味:帶姜辣味的西瓜汁。
4. Aloha Chiller – 4:00pm
Coconut Water, Pineapple, Acai Berry
Taste: Coconut juice with pineapple sweetness.
4. 下午4點-Aloha Chiller
椰子水,菠蘿,巴西莓
口味:帶菠蘿甜味的椰子水。
5. Oh My Gazpacho – 8:00pm
Tomato, Cantaloupe, Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar
Taste: Just like Gazpacho!
5. 晚上8點-Oh My Gazpacho
番茄,哈密瓜,海鹽,橄欖油,蘋果醋
口味:真的就和它的名字一樣,西班牙冷湯!
6. Milkilicious – This can be consumed throughout the day or as the last drink of the day. I chose to drink it throughout my afternoon.
Cashew, Almond, Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Filtered Water, Agave Nectar
Taste: Nutty diluted milkshake.
6. 這瓶名字叫Milkilicious,可以作為一天最後一隻喝。
也可以作為小零食,在一天中分開喝,餓的時候就喝一些。所以我選擇在下午分幾次喝它。
腰果,杏仁,肉桂,海鹽,蒸餾水,龍舌蘭糖漿
口味:果仁味道的淡奶昔。
Few other tips from Be-Juiced which I found really useful and adopted accordingly:
- Be sure to chew your juice because digestion begins in the mouth, when enzymes in your saliva begin to break down and absorb nutrients. This is true whether you’re consuming food or juice. Try not to gulp down fresh juice, as it can cause unwanted gas and bloating, and your body won’t absorb as much of the benefits.
- If you are a believer in Chinese medicine and have a cool base body (yin), let the juice sit for a while after taking it out from the fridge so it warms to room temperature before drinking. Also drink warm water in-between juices.
- Finish your last juice about two hours before bed. Consuming anything near bedtime will not allow proper rest for your system.
- And don’t forget to rest and relax! It’s important to give your body time to heal and rejuvenate. We suggest going to bed early and taking naps if possible. Try to keep your social life light during the cleanse and listen to your body’s needs.
I had been live sharing all my juices, their ingredients and how they taste on all my social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr and Weibo. Many people have asked if I got hungry and whether it was hard not to eat any solid food for a whole day… But actually, it really hasn’t been that hard so far and I kept myself busy, did a little jogging and felt full most of the time.
Yes, there were a lot of temptations when I walked past bakeries, saw strangers eating fried chicken next to me or sat down with friends who ordered and ate regular food in front of me. However, it wasn’t really that I was hungry but more that I was looking and smelling food that I was used to eating all day and wanting some!
Once you set your mindset to detox and focus on it, it’s really not that difficult to stick to the plan. To me, going on a detox like this is not just about treating your body nicely but also about challenging your mind. If you are strong enough both mentally and physically, then you will end up feeling really good about yourself!
It’s such a nice feeling to lie in bed feeling cleansed and accomplished, so now I’m off to bed for an early night! Two more joyful days to conquer… stay tuned!
還有一些有用的排毒小貼士,在這裡和大家分享:
- 喝果汁一定不能就直接喝,需要咀嚼。口腔咀嚼的時候才能真正發送信息給大腦,並更好的吸收果汁中的營養。這個其實不管是吃固體食物,或是喝流質的食物都是同一個道理。細嚼慢嚥~
- 如果你相信中醫,相信陰陽,並覺得自己的身體比較寒性的話。那就可以把果汁從冰箱里拿出來後,擺放在室溫一段時間。而且一天中,建議多喝溫水。
- 在睡覺2小時前要喝最後一隻果汁,睡覺前吃或者喝東西都對身體休息不好。
- 最後,要有足夠的休息!早點上床睡覺,或者時不時的小睡一下,讓身體充分好好的恢復。在排毒期間,盡量讓社交生活不要那麼繁忙。
我有在社交網站上和大家分享排毒的感覺,很多人會問說這樣只喝果汁不餓嗎?其實真的不太餓呢,這些果汁大概釋放很長久的能量,每次喝完都感覺很飽。然後其實如果你真心想要好好排毒的話,讓自己的腦子不要想這件事情,稍許的運動、按摩都對整個排毒過程起到一定的幫助。
當然,在走過麵包房時聞到那香味肯定會有一些誘惑,或者身邊走過正在吃炸雞塊的人(怎麼那麼random…),還有就是和朋友一起不能吃,看著他們吃有點奇怪。但總體來說,並不會因為餓而去羨慕別人或是覺得難過,有時候只是單純的嘴饞、想嚼些甚麼。
所以,斷食不單單可以幫助身體淨化,也可以順便訓練自己的意志力。一舉兩得,最後成功的時候,那種滿足和喜悅感可不是一點點!
我的第一天,比較簡單的過去了,沒有特別想吃甚麼,也不覺得艱難。還有去小運動一下,感覺不錯。現在晚上10點了,要早睡,給身體一個完整的排毒修護的機會。晚安啦!接下去的2天會也是這麼輕鬆嗎?我很是期待。
